Yoga for Stress Reduction
Modern life is stressful! Accumulated stress reduces our capacity to live in the present moment and to feel what is going on inside our bodies. Working gently with yoga, we can rediscover these capacities and slowly reclaim what stress has taken from us.
The emphasis on these classes will be on working gently, mindfully and with the intention of becoming more present and comfortable in our bodies rather than achieving any particular posture.
